Cyclists and umbrellas

Japanese cyclist
An interesting thing you see in Japan is cyclists carrying umbrellas in the rain like the lady above. In hot scorching weather these are replaced with parasols. What`s wrong with a rainjacket or sunscreen?

      Yeah,I’m with you on this one.
      It really tits’ me off to see these people on the streets.One brake, and because it’s raining a very diminished one at that!
      And in the summer a parasol to protect from skin cancer!Sorry but you are more imminent danger because you can’t see where you’re going or stop if you can!
