I’m thinking of moving to Wordpress before the year is out as well, as Blogger is rubbish cloaked in stupidity. Was the transfer of all your posts really involved? And since you have HaloScan, how difficult was the transfer of your comments?

Yay! A shift to WordPress! Someday I’m going to do this too :> It’s taking me forever to get the template the way I want it. (It would help if I actually worked on it every now and then.)
Looks like you ported over your posts and comments just fine, though I think you missed the “Class Hierarchy” post.
If I were you, I’d shut off comments over on the other site, so you don’t miss any. People will probably continue to go to that site if you leave it online. The best solution would be to link each old post to its corresponding post here, but that would be incredibly tedious. (I’ve thought about this a lot because I’m going to have to do something similar eventually.)
