Most people here can only get up to a maximum of 8mbs (8000kb/s excluding overhead) depending on how far they are from the exchange and server.
Some of us can get up to 24mbs, but that’s very rare here.
If you download lots in Japan, you’re gonna suffer when you try it back in the UK!
