RIP teaching job

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

It was my last day of teaching at the job I have for this school year. I go to various elementary schools in Sakai city in Osaka and do one of six set lessons to 11 and 12 year olds. The school year ends in March or April in Japan and today was my last one.

The company I work for, which provides the teachers for the schools, has to go through a complex series of negotiations with the city council in order to get the contract for another year leaving my job security precarious. If they do get the contract, it won`t start again until May. In the meantime I`m re-posting the only picture I took of a class in the five months I did this. Note to self - Next time take more pictures.
