Wet and mild

I am reminded of England these last few days when I am outside - wet and mild. Two words which could describe any of the twelve months of the year in the U.K. The allegedly rainy June turned out to be an dry desert of a month whereas it has rained with an untamed fury these first few days of July.

This is no bad thing. River`s and reservoir`s levels in Japan are plummeting and some parts of Western Japan are experiencing water shortages:

The town of Kagawa, Kagawa Prefecture, which fully depends on water from the dam, started Wednesday shutting off the town’s taps between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.

And it gets rid of the intense humidity. And makes the flowers grow.
